Reportedly, the accused has been hailing from West Bengal and was held by two fellow passengers who witnessed the disturbing incident and later handed him over to the Delhi Metro authorities at the Shahdara station. In recent news, it was reported that a man was caught ma*turbating and ejaculating on a minor girl in a crowded Delhi Metro, and is being handed over to the police by fellow passengers. Reportedly, the police have arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly ma*turbating and ejaculating on a minor girl who was traveling on the Delhi Metro. According to DCP, Ram Gopal Naik, a station controller gave a written complaint alleging that some passengers informed him at the Shahdara metro station about a man while standing behind a young girl. The accused was identified as Mojammal Hussain, who is a resident behind a young girl.
However, following the incident, he was handed over to the police by the passengers. Furthermore, the DCP said that a case has been registered under IPC Sections 354A and 294 against the accused and he has been arrested. He added that the police are trying to identify the girl to obtain her statement. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has issued a statement where they have written that such incidents are against the dignity of the passengers and all societal norms. The incident took place on the Red Line on Wednesday night at around 8:30 pm and the train was crowded due to Rakshabandhan festivities. The officials added that the girl’s mother found that the man had ejaculated on her daughter in the overcrowded coach and she got down at the Seelampur station.
However, the accused who hails from West Bengal was apprehended by two other passengers who noticed the incident and handed him over to the Delhi Metro authorities at the Shahdara station. However, this is not the only incident one can encounter. Similarly, three weeks ago on August 7, a 23-year-old man was arrested ma*turbating in front of a woman on the platform of Delhi Metro station. The incident took place at the Mandi House metro station. However, before they could get a hold of him, the accused boarded a metro. The accused was then tracked using the CCTV footage, which had captured the incident, and later arrested from the Begumpur area.
