The Washington County Attorney’s Office in Utah stated that Ruby Franke is charged with six counts of aggravated child abuse. In addition, her business partner Jodi Hildebrandt is also facing the same charges. They were arrested last week when one of her malnourished children ran to a neighbor’s house seeking help from him. The attorney’s office reported that both Ruby Franke and her business partner are facing 6 counts of child abuse which carry a potential sentence of 15 years jail and a fine of $10,000.
