As we know every year International Dyslexia Awareness happens in the month of October. This year’s theme was ‘Go Red.’ The planning of Events and advocacy campaigns was set around the theme.  As we know this was an awareness event. We have told the motive of this event is to remove discrimination, create public, and get rid of the stigma attached to dyslexia and other learning disorders. On the basis of the report, the Secretary of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Rajesh Aggarwal, and the Secretary of the Department of School Education and Literacy, whose name is Sanjay Kumar initiated the Walk to strengthen the Government’s commitment to celebrating diverseness. Around 300 people took participated in the walk and were from various age groups and from all walks of life.
