The recent news has come from Chelsea, where Wesley Fofana’s injury news has been surfacing on social media platforms as the star ruptures his anterior cruciate ligament. It was reported that the football star from Chelsea has ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and the defender will require surgery on the same. The 22-year-old defender did not travel with the rest of his teammates as they undergo their pre-season tour of the United States which was followed by a knee injury he suffered. During the recent seasons, Fofana has been extremely unfortunate with injury problems. In the summer of 2021, while playing in a friendly for former club Leicester City against Villarreal, Fofana broke his leg and then took a break for over seven months. The France international returned in March 2022 and played the remaining season for the Foaxes before sealing a Euro 80 million move to Chelsea a few months later.
