The 1st season of the series telecasted in 2022.
During an interview, the author states that “When I decide to adapt “Summer” for television, I knew we would need more than 1 season to honor the story we are telling.” He further added that “To get the 2nd season pick up ahead of the launch of Season 1 is beyond my wildest dreams.” He even thanks Amazon Prime to show his confidence and allowing him to show his creation. At the time of its launch weekend, the hit series became the top watch show on the OTT platform. Now the fans want to know the release date of the 2nd season of the series.
Release Date of 2nd Season of “The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2”?
The new season of this series will have a total of 8 episodes and it will be released on Friday, 14th July 2023. The 3 episodes of the series will be released upon its launch after that, the rest of the episodes will release per week. The last episode of the series will release on 18th August 2023. Just like the 1st season of it, the 2nd season is also available to watch on Amazon Prime. As of now, the trailer of the 2nd season is not out but the platform has released the teaser of it.
