According to the latest survey carried out in the state, the BJP and Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena are likely to get 46 percent vote share while the MVA is expected to get a vote share of 35 percent and MNA may get 3 percent votes if the elections are held today that means NDA-led government in the state is most likely to rule for the next five year as well. What about Uddhav Thackrey-led Shiv Sena’s decision to align with Congress? Will the two parties join hands once again like they did in 2019? During the survey, the people of Maharashtra were asked if they like the NDA alliance or MVA, 48 percent of people cast their vote for NDA while 32 percent of people showed their support for MVA. The conclusion of the survey is that if the assembly elections are held today, BJP-Shiv Sena may win the elections with 165-185 seats while Congress-led  MVA may bag around 88-118 seats.  The survey also concluded that independent seats will be in the range of 12-22 out of 288 seats in the Maharashtra assembly elections 2024.
