Who Is Herlene Budol, Miss Grand Philippines 2023 Winner?
To become the first-ever winner of the Miss Grand Philippines as a stand-alone pageant, run by the ALV Pageant Circle organization, Nikki De Moura of Cagayan de Oro City outperformed 29 other contenders. Outgoing queen Roberta Angela Tamondong, national director Arnold L. Vegafria, current Miss Grand International Isabella Menin of Brazil, and Miss Grand International (MGI) president and creator Nawat Itsaragrisil presented the crown to the Pinay-Brazilian model. Nikki won earlier in the evening as Miss Philippine Airlines, Miss Bench, Miss Photogenic, and one of Skin Element’s five brand ambassadors. She was one of the four frontrunners who maintained a significant lead throughout the course of the contest.
The Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2023 champion is Michelle Arceo of Bagumbayan, Quezon City. The opera singer and model also romped away with the Best in Swimsuit, Miss Hello Glow, and Miss Acqua Boracay honors. Herlene Nicole Budol of Angono, Rizal, was named Miss Tourism World Philippines 2023. She was the crowd’s favorite. The star of GMA’s “Magandang Dilag” series also won awards for Best in Runway, Miss Bluewater Day Spa, Miss Ever Bilena, Miss Arena Plus, and Miss Mermaid Manila Hair. Francine Reyes of Tarlac, a surprise winner, was named Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2023. She was praised as Miss K-Magic and one of the three ALV Talent winners as well as one of Skin Element’s five ambassadors.

Shannon Tampon of Caloocan City, who was crowned Miss Multimedia, placed first as Miss Grand Philippines 2023’s first runner-up, and Charlie Sergio, who was chosen Best in Evening Gown, placed second. After defeating other semifinalists in the evening gown and swimwear categories, the finalists participated in the speech round. The girls danced down the runway while being serenaded by R&B singer Kris Lawrence while wearing white bikinis from Bench Body. Each winner will get the appropriate amount in cash, an agreement for management with the ALV Pageant Circle, and movie partnerships with Octo Arts Films and ALV Films.
