The Berkeley Scanner reports that at about 6:30 p.m., police were called to a disturbance at Somerville’s parent’s home in the Berkeley Hills. Somerville’s brother was said to have restrained him following a quarrel that started as a result of Frank’s alleged threats against their father. According to the records of the Alameda County Detention Centre, Somerville, 65, was arrested on numerous counts, including suspicion of battery resulting in serious bodily injury, threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize, and disorderly conduct while inebriated.

He had a $27,500 bond set and was still being held at the Berkeley City Jail as of late Monday night.
