DJ Arrested In Mumbai

A senior officer of the Jharkhand Police Department said on Sunday, April 2, 2023, that three policemen were left injured after being attacked when they stopped the loud music during a Ram Navami Procession. Manoj Ratan Chothe who is the superintendent of police said that police officers stopped the procession and asked to turn off loud music but they refused to do it. As a result, the magistrate seized the vehicle and sound system. The outraged people in the Ram Navami procession attacked the policemen. Unfortunately, three policemen sustained severe injuries in the incident. The injured policemen include constable Vikas Kumar Singh and sub-inspector Sanjiv Kumaar Panday. The district magistrate had banned DJ Music particularly pre-recorded music with intensive bass and thumping beats during Ram Navami celebrations.
