Court to hear Sanjay Singh’s bail plea

According to the report, The court postponed the bail plea on the day of Saturday for the case proceedings because of the non-available of the concerned trial court judge. Enforcement Directorate has arrested Sanjay Singh in the case of 4 October. The judicial custody has been extended by the special judge MK Nagpal of Sanjay Singh and it will be continued till December 4. Appearing for the ED, the special public Prosecutor Naveen Kumar Matta informed the court that the chargesheet will be disclosed as soon as possible regarding this matter. On the basis of the report, after ending the judicial custody period, Singh was submitted before the court. A notice has been issued by the Supreme Court to the Enforcement  Directorate on Sanjay Singh’s plea against the Delhi High Court order, which rejected his plea questioning his imprisonment and arrest in the alleged alcohol asymmetry case.
