Mix well ground beef, pork, ricotta, onions, garlic, rosemary, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg in a bowl and prepare meatballs with your hands. Put them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Peel and chop 1 kg of potatoes and cover with cold water and cook for 15-20 minutes once the meatballs are browned add some tomato sauce, add 150g of unsalted butter, and 150 ml of whole milk, and spoon the creamy mash.
