The suspect is identified as a 21-year-old man whose name is Carlos Reales Dominguez. He got arrested on Thursday at around 1 pm. Police detained him on Pine Lane and Colby Drive. A lot of citizens reported the police after seeing him wandering through Sycamore Park. He has faced two counts of first-degree murder and one count of an attempt to kill someone. He stabbed and killed one 64-year-old woman named Kimberlee Guillory on 1st May 2023 at a homeless camp at L and second street. He also stabbed and killed one 21-year-old man named Karim Abou Najm in Sycamore Park. And he stabbed one 50-year-old man named David Henry Breaux at Central Park.
Currently, he is under police custody. Till now he didn’t reveal why he did this attack. Dominguez was a US Davis sophomore. He was studying biological science in the university’s online directory. But he got separated on 25th April 2023 because of some academic reasons. He is going to appear in court on 5th May 2023, Friday.
