This show is penned by the creative team behind “The Salisbury Poisonings” of 2020, this new show follows 3 rookie police officers working in Belfast. Talking about this new series, writers Adam Patterson and Declan Lawn stated, “Every writer wants to explore their own place, and their own society as honestly, and as authentically as they can.
“We are feeling quite happy that BBC gave us the space to show our work and we are excited to share our work through Blue Lights with the audience. The cast members of the show are really wonderful and they did their job very well.” This is the new 6-part series that has been created by Two Cities Television and produced with the help and support of Northern Ireland Screen.
