Reportedly, the Youtuber charged with causing crashes is famous on Youtube as BLU3 GHO57. It is a channel of husband-wife Christopher Phelps and Kimberly Phelps. Their Youtube channel is featured with a total of 162 videos, all of road rage incidents and attempted collisions.
