According to the documents submitted in the court, Robert John Woolsey committed three offenses on Friday, May 26, 2023, when he was in a portable toilet on Walpole Avenue in Douglas. His attorney said during the bail that his client’s sister traveled to the Island for the hearing and she is ready to offer a £30,000 surety to the court.
