While speaking to Rolling Stone, Adam McIntyre said that he found Youtube and started watching Colleen Ballinger’s videos when he was just 10 years of age. When he turned 14, Colleen Ballinger was 29 and they became close friends with each other. In the shocking claims, Adam said that he met Colleen Ballinger in person for a second time in 2016. It was the time when their friendship became real and they started frequently tweeting and direct messaging each other. Eventually, their talks varied from lighthearted content to serious issues like her divorce from her ex-husband. “I was looking at it like this golden opportunity of trust,” said Adam.

During an interview with Rolling Stone, Colleen’s friend Adam further said, “And I, at the moment, really didn’t care if it was morally right or wrong, because I was just grateful that she was talking to me and not anyone else. One more person who was a fan of Colleen at a time in the past, identified as Johnny Silvestri alleged that he met Colleen on Skype. Johnny claimed that he was just 15 years of age when he met Youtuber and started spending hours chatting with her and her friend named Kory DeSoto. He further claimed that he was offered a position as an assistant on her tour but he was just 16 years of age at that time. However, he agreed to do it in the hope he would also get a chance to enter the entertainment industry. But Colleen’s friend Kory DoSoto screamed at him which was completely witnessed and ignored by Colleen.

Johnny also alleged that Colleen’s then-husband Joshua also used him as free labor for his social media profiles under the guise of friendship. He added that as they were grown-up adults ass, he found solace and safety in this online group of people.
