The Indian Armed Forces are still conducting Operation Ajay to remove Indian nationals from Israel. Citizens of India and Nepal express gratitude to the Indian government for returning them from Israel. The sixth flight under Operation Ajay, which was carrying 286 Indians, including 18 Nepalese citizens, landed in Delhi amid the continuing Israel-Hamas conflict. The Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairy, L Murugan, welcomed the citizens upon their arrival.

Our fifth flight has now returned 1180 persons to their homes. We are the first nation to begin the evacuation, and we are also transporting citizens of the neighbouring Nepali nations. There were some citizens of Nepal among the Indian nationals. The Indian government was commended for bringing them back by Ambika, a citizen of Nepal. She said, “The situation in Israel is dangerous,” while speaking to ANI. There were explosions, which made us fearful. The Indian government deserves my gratitude for bringing us back.
