However, Gemini had partnered with Genesis Global Capital LLC in order to provide services of the Gemini Earn program. According to reports, on November 16, 2022, Genesis claimed that it would not be able to meet customers’ requests within the service level contract of five busy days.
Furthermore, Genesis filed a case for bankruptcy and as a response, Gemini filed a Master Claim on behalf of its Earn program customers. In between the situation, people are unaware that their investment is blocked due to the Genesis bankruptcy issue and the scammers plan to loot Gemini Earn consumers. However, Gemini’s other financial services and products remain unaffected. As the trend continued, there were hundreds of people who began receiving similar text messages from 74409 but containing a varied third-party and organic website link, yourgeminiclaims.net but currently, it is not accessible and shows a 403 error.
Furthermore, a Reddit user shared information about a third message that comprised a link for Geminilearns.net and stated that the third-party website requested the user to link the digital wallet with it. When the scam was sensed, the user did not provide information and reported the text message on September 18, 2023. The Gemini Earn Balance scam, in turn, developed a sense of excitement among the users whose investments were being blocked.
