According to the report, The court postponed the bail plea on the day of Saturday for the case proceedings because of the non-available of the concerned trial court judge. Enforcement Directorate has arrested Sanjay Singh in the case of 4 October. The judicial custody has been extended by the special judge MK Nagpal of Sanjay Singh and it will be continued till December 4.
