Who Is Philstavious Dowdell’s Grandmother Annette Allen?
One more shooting incident happened which again pulled the attention of the entire world. The reports state that this mass shooting happened at a birthday party in the United States, Alabama. Sadly, 4 people lost their lives in a mass shooting and the entire social media is pouring their emotions on this news. Not only 4 people lost their lives but more than 28 people were badly injured, now you can understand how the shooting was horrifying.
Some people got the punishment of doing nothing which shows how life is so unpredictable and anything can happen anywhere. Now speaking about this incident, it happened on Saturday, 15th April 2023 in the city of Dadeville at Mahogany Masterpiece Dance Studio. The reports are states that, Phil Dowdell who was also known as Philstavious Dowdell has been recognized as one of the sufferers of the lethal mass shooting. After that sad tragedy, the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden reaffirmed his calls for stricter gun legislation.
Mr. Biden stated in the release statement made public on Sunday, 16th April 2023 by the White House, “What has occurred to our country that kids can not attend the birthday celebration peacefully and sans getting scared?” It is horrible that the attackers chose that place where children were planning to celebrate any occasion. Apart from it, everyone is showing their sympathy towards the family of Phil Dowdell. The mourning family is left shattered and for them, this news is like a nightmare that they desperately want to end.
But it can’t have happened and they lost some people. The report states that Annette Allen is the grandmother of the victim of the Alabama mass shooting identified as Philstavious “Phil” Dowdell. The sufferer was recognized by his grandmother. The grandmother of the deceased revealed that Phil is a senior student at Dadevile High School. As per his grandmother, Annette, the young sufferer was committed to Jacksonville State University on an American football scholarship. He was at the birthday party of his sister, Alexis when the alleged incident happened.
