Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) JEE Advanced 2023 Answers to questions related to FAQs have been published. Many questions including JEE Advanced 2023 Eligibility Criteria, PWD Reservation are answered in this FAQ. This year, candidates will have to appear in the JEE Advanced exam to get admission in IITs. By clearing the JEE Mains 2023 exam, candidates appearing in the merit list will be eligible for JEE Advanced.
As per JEE Advanced 2023 schedule, JEE Advanced registration will start from April 30 and will continue till May 4, 2023. Exam admit card will be issued on May 29, 2023. Writers will be selected on June 3, 2023 by PWD candidates with less than 40% disability and difficulty in writing.
The JEE Advanced 2023 exam will be conducted on June 4, 2023 for both papers. 1st paper exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon. The second paper will be held from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Answer: Yes. You are eligible for JEE Advanced 2023. You also meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the information brochure.
Q: I appeared for the 12th class exam for the first time in 2021. My 12th class board declared result before 25th October, 2021. I appeared in both JEE Advanced 2021 and JEE Advanced 2022. Am I eligible for JEE Advanced 2023?
Answer: No. You are not eligible for JEE Advanced 2023.
Q: I have to appear in 12th class board exam in 2023 and I don’t have 12th class marksheet. Can I register for JEE Advanced 2023 without uploading my 12th class marksheet?
Answer: Yes. Candidates who are going to appear for 12th class exam in 2023 can register for JEE Advanced without uploading 12th marksheet. However, if the 12th marksheet is available at the time of registration, it can be uploaded.
Q: Which 12th class subjects will be considered for calculating my total marks to qualify for admission to IIT?
Answer: The marks obtained by the candidates in all five subjects will be considered for calculating the total marks of the candidates. It consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, a Language, one more subject in addition to these four subjects. Along with this, the cut-off will also be considered for meeting the top 20 percentile criteria.
