There is no point in complaining. He also said that there is a lack of eyewitnesses. The incident came to light only when the woman herself claimed the incident.

Senior advocate Ramesh Gupta, appearing for Mishra, accused the police and media of turning the matter into a joke. He said that the first complaint was made by the complainant a day after the incident. What was the claim? To return the money. Airlines have done it. The police and media have turned the matter into a joke. This case was so big, was it a murder case that my client was called absconding after reaching Bangalore to arrest him. He was removed from the job.
