According to the sources, Tiktok star Taylor Frankie Paul was arrested under the charges of domestic violence last month after she claim that she went ballistic and threw a metal chair at her boyfriend. In the 10-minute video that was obtained on Friday, it was seen that in starting Taylor was crying and hysterically emotionally hammered and claimed that her boyfriend Dakota Mortensen threw her out in the garage of her house in Utah. She also said that she was very scared of her boyfriend that she almost peed in her pants because of that. Further, in the video, her boyfriend reveals that he only move Paul into the garage because she was attacking him. Not able to stop her attacks he has to move her into the garage for his safety.
The video was recorded in front of her house. in the video, she also claims that the main fight was broken when her boyfriend refused to take her to the concert. After she became intoxicated with her friend while she was out with them. The couple was dating for the last six months at this time. Paul also admitted to police that she was the one who threw the wooden play set and the metal chairs at Mortensen. And it says that was also hit not just by her boyfriend but also by her daughter. It claims that one of the metal chairs also hit her daughter, who was just five years old and left her with a head injury. Her boyfriend also told the police that Indy Paul’s daughter was his biggest concern.
Taylor was arrested on Feb 17 and as per the latest charges she has been charged with two felony counts of domestic violence that were at the presence of a child and a felony count of aggravated assault. She was also charged with misdemeanor counts of child abuse and criminal mischief. Now she was due to court on April 14. Where her case will go further and the trial will begin.
