During this time former India cricketer and commentator Murali Karthik said that I have always believed that regardless of your upbringing, everyone knows what is right and what is wrong. It is the responsibility of all of us as citizens not to cross the line.
‘People do not fear the law’
Earlier, Nitin Gadkari told the conference that the situation is such that people have no fear or respect for the law. If the red light is on, stop. One should not talk on the phone while driving a scooter or car. These are such small things. Sometimes I think we should expose our department to the media. Although good work is done on roads, we are not getting as much success in road accidents. The main reason for this is the road infrastructure. Our days are very bad. There are black spots. So our first priority was to correct our mistakes. So far we have spent 30-35 thousand crore rupees on road repair.
‘People’s cooperation is essential to improve road safety’
Nitin Gadkari also said that it is very important to improve in small matters. Public cooperation is very important in improving road safety. You are working to make people aware. It will definitely change people’s thinking and bring success.
Nitin Gadkari says, these issues should not be taken lightly at all. We have to think about road safety very seriously. If not, we will be on the brink of a major disaster. Corporation, coordination and communication are important aspects of road safety.
