Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a road show ahead of the inauguration of the National Youth Festival in Hubli, Karnataka on Thursday. As PM Modi’s convoy moved forward, people standing on the roadside showered him with flowers.
Prime Minister Modi took out this roadshow from the airport to the railway playground. Meanwhile, thousands of people stand on both sides of the road to catch a glimpse of him.
PM Modi was standing on the ‘running board’ of his moving vehicle and waving to people lined up on both sides of the road.
Security is beefed up during the journey. However, a boy broke the security cordon and garlanded Prime Minister Modi. But PM Modi accepted his garland.
During the roadshow, Modi waved to people on the road, many of whom were seen chanting ‘Modi, Modi’ and ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’.
People standing on the side of the road are staying wherever they can. When PM Modi’s convoy left here, many started waving tricolor flags.
