After this Johar Ali Khan was medically examined at Safdarjung Hospital, based on which the doctor said that he had consumed alcohol. However, he was later released on bail.

The accused, identified as Johar Ali Khan (39), hails from Bihar and came to catch a flight from Delhi to Dammam, Saudi Arabia. According to the police, Zohar started quarreling with passers-by when they refused to urinate in the open. Zohar was treated by the police and later arrested. But because of the bail clause, Johar got bail.
