Reportedly, Ntokozo’s brother Siya Mdluli was present on the night of AKA’s murder this is why KO and his brother Siya are in hot water and being implicated by Nota Baloyi. But KO obtained an order from the court to refrain Nota Baloyi from involving his name in the assassination of AKA. The court announced, The Sheriff of the court and the South African Police Service are directed to take the respondent into custody and to deliver the respondent to the Leeuwkop Prison or any other prison within Gauteng for a period of sixty days”. AKA was shot dead in Durban more than a month ago. It has been almost a month but no prime suspect is in the custody.
