Nani took to his Twitter page on April 5 to share the happy news with fans. Dasara zoomed past Rs 100 crore worldwide in just 6 days and is now the number 1 movie at the Indian box office. Interestingly, Dasara is Srikanth’s debut movie as a director and he aced the position by taking this honor. Dasara is the first Rs 100 crore grossing film for Nani. Whereas, in the US, the film has already entered the profit zone and is about to enter a $2 million club. Originally, shot in Telugu, Dasara was released in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. The movie set has really worked in the film’s favor.
