However, the employees feel that their termination was not fair. In that course of time, a lady named Jennifer Ferguson was the assistant manager. Jennifer stated that all of a sudden they can see some gentlemen run into the store in masks and hoodies and they swiped until they couldn’t hold any more product and ran out of the door.

Rachel Rogers, a key leader at the time caught the robbery on the camera. Rogers said that they did not really feel very protected by that fact. She stated that the Peachtree Corners location has been dealing with a string of thefts for months. Moreover, she shared what happened during a separate incident.

Rogers said that at the time of the incident, she was not working at the store and she found the pictures of the front entrance table from an external source. At first, she believed that they just sold all of the products and was happy to notice this but suddenly someone just came and told her that robbers have stolen everything. No one at the store called the corps during the other swipes. This time, Rogers and Ferguson called the authorities. However, Ferguson says this went against company policy.

Gwinnett Police Department confirmed to PKB News that there have been a few robberies in the area. According to a police report, the three thieves at the Peachtree Corner’s Lululemon are now facing felony robbery charges. However, Rogers and Ferguson were both fired, and both were given the same reasoning. Rogers and Ferguson are hoping the policy can be changed, allowing employees to call the police if they don’t feel safe. Currently, Rogers says she has a job interview lined up and Ferguson says she is still in between jobs and is in the process of sprucing up her resume.
