In the second match at Eden Gardens, the Indian bowlers were surprised. Electing to bat first after winning the toss, the Sri Lankan team looked in attacking mode from the start but as the Indian bowlers strengthened their grip on the game, the opposition batsmen were seen asking for water. Kuldeep Yadav in particular showed such wonder with his spin that no batsman had an answer. His bowling broke the back of Sri Lanka’s batting order.
