Abdul Karim Telgi was born in Khanapur, Karnataka. He was a fruit seller who created counterfeit stamp papers. This series will also show Abdul Karim’s journey from a fruit seller to becoming the mastermind of India’s biggest scam. Abdul’s network had spread across 18 states of India and he scammed nearly Rs 30,000 crores. Gagan Dev Riar is portraying the role of Abdul Karim Telgi in the series. Besides directing the series Sanjay Singh is also co-wrote the series with Marathi writer Kiran Yadnyopavit.
