Three organs of the Government of India have invited applications for fellowships and scholarships from postgraduate and PhD students. Among these AICTE, Indian Science Technology and Innovation and The Bayer Fellowship Programme-Medha significantly. Their details and website links are provided for the convenience of students. Students can check their eligibility and apply through these links.
MEDHA scheme of Government of India can be of great help to economically weaker students who wish to pursue Masters and PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Pharma. Under this, there is a financial assistance of Rs 20,000 per month for Masters for two years and Rs 40,000 per month for three years for Ph.D.
Who can apply?
The Bayer Fellowship Program-Medha, an initiative of the Office of the Chief Scientific Adviser of India, has been decided to help the students with the support of Bayer Crop Science Limited and Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster Foundation.
The objective of MEDHA is to help such students from economically weaker countries who wish to pursue higher education. want to research Only those students who are admitted in the first year of Masters or PhD and are not receiving any other fellowship from anywhere can apply.

On the other hand, AICTE has made some announcements for PG and PhD students. Students can also take advantage of them. Last date for online application for AICTE Post Graduate Scholarship has been extended till January 20. Students can apply for the same by visiting the AICTE website. AICTE Doctoral Fellowship (ADF) can also be applied for by January 15.
