According to the report, an FIR was lodged by the man against the woman, and a complaint was registered under section 324, which is based on voluntary reason hurt by shocking weapons or means of the Indian Penal Code, further research is on into the matter. Yes, the further investigation is ongoing and under process. Police shared “The 45-year-old said that he went to throw garbage outside his house around 9.20 am on the day of 20 November. He asked his spouse to clean the house. He came back home and his wife started a fight with him without any accurate reason. He added that his wife asked him to sell the house and she would stay separately with the kids after taking her share.

Furthermore,  He tried to make her understand but was unsuccessful. She even tried to hit him.  However, a verbal spat resulted but he pushed her away. He was walking out of the house when she held him from the back and in a fit of anger bit his right ear so hard that the upper portion of his ear got disjoint”.
