The information also revealed that the girlfriends of the accused’s friends, who gave the fake bomb information, actually had to go to Pune. But his friends got to spend some more time with their girlfriends. The accused then planned with their friends to call SpiceJet’s call center and inform them about planting a bomb on the flight.

As the flight was about to take off, the bomb was reported

We inform you that around 6.30 pm on Thursday when the flight was about to take off, there was a report of a bomb on the flight. After the bomb was reported, boarding was stopped. After that the bomb squad team was called and search was conducted. However, the investigation did not find anything suspicious. Police said the control room was informed about the presence of a bomb on the flight.

Bomb news on Moscow-Goa flight

Earlier on Monday, a similar incident came to light. A Moscow-Goa flight made an emergency landing at Gujarat’s Jamnagar airport after receiving information about a bomb. However, nothing suspicious was found in the plane after searching.
