A total of five staff members lost their lives in the glass-encased elevator accident. Police said that the five victims were Sang Putu Bayu Adi Krisna, I Wayan Aries Setiawan, Ni Luh Supernigsih, Kadek Hardiyanti, and Kadek Yanti Pradewi.
