Cecilia devised a scheme to procure money through fraud, theft, and murder. On November 27, 2015, Valentine Marinda and Marcel arrived at Peter’s home and tied him and his wife, Joan, and demanded money. Later, Zak stabbed the couple fatally when they could not provide much cash.
