Is Pervaiz Elahi Arrested?
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf president and Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi have been charged in another new case after a terror case was registered against him. According to the reports, ACE (Anti-Corruption Establishment) Gujranwala registered a case against the Punjab CM cited a source report in which Pervaiz Elahi is accused of corruption and receiving a bribe worth Rs 2 billion for a development scheme contract. The other accused in this case is the owner of the contracting company SCO Highway Gujarat named Haji Tariq. Needless to say, police earlier arrested PTI President Pervaiz Elahi when he was charged with terror charges after a late-night raid at his home.
